Add EFO diameter terms

• [ ] Find the appropriate DOS-DP pattern to create new OBA terms (provided they do not already exist) that correspond to the EFO terms in the table below.
• [ ] Fill in the appropriate tsv data.
  • Check (e.g. using OLS) if the suggested filler terms are the best choices for the corresponding EFO term.
  • For a new OBA ID, use an available unique ID from your range.
• [ ] Create an OBA pull request.

I created a NTR ticket in PATO for the terms internal diameter and external diameter https://github.com/pato-ontology/pato/issues/529 so as to map the EFO terms carotid artery internal and external diameters. I think that would be better than broadly mapping both terms to carotid artery diameter.
