Update IonIcons

Hi!, can you plis update the IonIcon to v5,

Ionicons 5 contains the "outline" version of each icon. These were removed in 4.0 and significantly decreased the usability of the icon set and our app, in my opinion. It would be a big improvement to get 5.0 integrated!

I also need v5 ionicons. I'd be happy to create a branch with the latest, but I'm unclear from the docs how to do this properly. Are there instructions somewhere?

From this script I feel like it should be pretty straight forward to create a pull request with the latest ionicons version. But then I hit a pretty hard learning curve because it looks like the latest ionicons dist isn't packaged with the required CSS file: node_modules/ionicons/dist/css/ionicons.css

Is latest Ionicons 5 updated in the react-native-vector-icons latest v9.1.0?
