Error 25293

i use Keychain.setSharedWebCredentials(server, username, password) to save my Credentials in Keychain all thing is work fiNe in simulator but in release app i get Error 25293 Domain=NSOSStatusErrorDomain (my domain failed to approve my appID)

WE are getting similar errors. ANy idea what's causing it? Happy to add any additional details to the ticket.
