"approve" throws away freshly generated images

If I created a new story and change an old story I run into this scenario.

1. "loki test" creates a new image for the new story and throws an error, because an old story was changed.
2. When I run "loki approve" (because the change was intended) I approve the updated image, but I loose the image of the new story.

Feature Request: "loki approve" does not throw away freshly generated images.
