Would it be possible to add a per-site cookie blocking toggle?

This would be really handy for those websites that introduce a paywall after you viewed a few articles. It's already possible to remove their cookies by going to the Settings -> Privacy -> Manage Website Data but it would be nice if you could have a toggle similar to this one that would say "Block cookies for this website":

Chrome has this feature built-in BTW, but it doesn't have to be this sophisticated, a simple toggle to block all website's cookies would suffice:
