Link lost between menu and section

I use dynamic href and id. It's works great when the page is load. If I change them the link stayed but if I click on the menu they breaks. Is there a "refresh" of the scrollspy ?

I think it's because of "targetId" which doesn't update. This is a screen of this : Image of Yaktocat
