Form Validation

The subdomain request form currently allows invalid characters for a label such as spaces and periods. These characters should either not be registered in the form or there should be a warning that prevents you from issuing the form with an invalid label or taken label.

This is a common theme throughout the app is a lack of solid form validation, so I'm going to make this a more general issue
