Detects a false deactivation when going from Zoom to FaceTime

Version: 2.3.0 OS: Sonoma 14.4.1 (M1 Max)

Reproduce Steps:

  1. Launch Zoom
  2. Go to Settings, and Video to see the preview. OverSight detects correctly. Keep Zoom camera preview on
  3. Launch FaceTime. OverSight falsely detects the deactivation of the camera even though Zoom and FaceTime is showing the camera

Interestingly, if you repeat the steps going from FaceTime to Zoom it works as expected.
