can't enable in Tahoe

when I try to fire up Lulu in Tahoe, I get the big dialog explaining that Lulu is waiting to be approved, but I never see a dialog to approve it.

ok, i figured it out. in system settings -> general scroll down to the “extensions” list. scroll down to lulu. click on the information icon on the right, and hit the radio button next to “Network Extension".
