When first installing LuLu, no prompt to grant permissions in settings

I've just downloaded LuLu, and installed it, but it is stuck on the 'First, allow the LuLu Network Extension:' page. There is supposed to be a popup requesting me to open system settings. Apon quitting and re-opening, i get a different pop-up, with the following content: "Extensions must be manually approved via System Settings (General > Login Items & Extensions > Network Extensions)."

However, no such path exists in my settings menu.

I am using a 2017 macbook air, running macos monterrey

Aloha, Yes, unfortunately Apple (keeps) changing the steps to approve network extensions (such as LuLu).

On older versions of macOS this is how: https://iboysoft.com/tips/how-to-enable-third-party-extensions-on-macos-sonoma.html
