Lulu not updating

Hi, I am trying to update Lulu and it is not updating. It keeps telling me "Old Version of LuLu Installed" and asks me to uninstall first which I have done but I am still faced with this issue. I have also downloaded the older version 1.2.3 to uninstall and I receive error: uninstall failed.

Any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated. the computer is also up to date. Thanks
