lulu.extension is ignored because of invalid application signature or incorrect provisioning profile

Hi,

MacOS 13.0.1 on 2018 Intel 15" MBP

Poking around in MacOS log messages for other reasons, and noticed that I'm getting a fair amount of these consistently (15ish per minute) in log files (using Howard Oakly's Ulbow):

07:51:04.733232 com.apple.securityd Entitlement com.apple.application-identifier=VBG97UB4TA.com.objective-see.lulu.extension is ignored because of invalid application signature or incorrect provisioning profile 
07:51:04.733245 com.apple.securityd Entitlement com.apple.security.application-groups=(
    "VBG97UB4TA.com.objective-see.lulu"
) is ignored because of invalid application signature or incorrect provisioning profile 

I uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled Lulu and still seeing the log messages.

It seems like Lulu is working...I get Lulu alerts etc. so maybe the log messages are a red herring...but figured it was worth sharing just in case...
