Feature request: restricted mode
I realise that this is a bit of an esoteric ask, but I think that folks would find it useful. When on hotspot, there's no way to tell MacOS to restrict network connectivity of applications to minimise bandwidth usage. However, BlockBlock is in the perfect position within the OS to enforce this - in fact, it's possible to configure LittleSnitch in exactly this way.
I greatly appreciate that BlockBlock is a free tool and this might require some significant engineering, but I feel that it aligns with the objective (see what I did there? :P) of helping folks secure their devices. Perhaps giving the user the ability to choose between a 'Standard' rule profile, and a 'Restricted/Limited' one, even without doing automatic network detection?
