LULU blocking CHROME and FIREFOX

I installed Lulu 2.4.2 and now Chrome and Firefox can't navigate anymore. Both programs are enabled in Lulu's rules but internet access is impossible:

Chrome: Impossibile raggiungere il sitoLa pagina web all'indirizzo http://economist.com/ potrebbe essere temporaneamente non disponibile oppure è stata permanentemente spostata a un nuovo indirizzo web. ERR_SOCKET_NOT_CONNECTED

Firefox: Connessione sicura non riuscita

Si è verificato un errore durante la connessione a www.corriere.it. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

I'm on macOS Catalina V. 10.15.7

I wish to downgrade to the previous no-troubles Lulu version but it looks it's unavailable for download.
