There isn't currently an update from 1.2.3 for user <10.15 (yes, it shouldn't have triggered the "update available" dialogue)

It won't upgrade, they changed the minimum to 10.15 in version 2.0. Disable update checks in settings and stay on v1.2.3 or just move to a different application.
