Suggestion: the pop-up window is set to the top

Because sometimes the pop-up window has a time lag, which is not easy to observe.

An addition to that. The windows is ALWAYS on bottom for me. I have to minimize/close every other windows to find the lulu window...

@joeyboey I also share your problem. not sure it goes behind all apps, but it does so with Brave which is infuriating...
