Connection reset both on Chrome and Firefox

Intermittently I get a connection reset (ERR_CONNECTION_RESET) from Chrome and Firefox. If I disable Lulu it goes away. I tried with a clean (no extensions; default settings) version of Chrome and Firefox, the issue still happened.

Exact same issue here. I'm constantly having to reload pages after I get this connection reset error. I should add that it extends to brave/chrome.
