[Feature request] Cleanup old/invalid rules

Hey!

Thank you for this great app, works amazingly. Would it fine to request the following feature:

An option to clean up old/invalid rules. The way it would work is, it would try to locate the executable for the rule and if it doesn't exist, the rule would be deleted. This will be useful to remove rules for uninstalled apps, which would make the current rule list easier to read and filter.

I'm using https://www.evorim.com/en/free-firewall on Windows and that has that feature, I find it extremely useful so if it can be added to LuLu too, that would be great.
