Unable to retrieve updates from within the app

I'd like to make use of the automatic updates feature from within the LuLu app. It does not seem to work as intended.

For example, I am on version 2.4.0, but the updater is unable to fetch the 2.4.1 release which went live almost a week ago.

Related to https://github.com/objective-see/LuLu/pull/402 which contains a fix but still not heard anything back from @objective-see yet

same here. auto update does not seem to work. tested with 2.3.1 and 2.4.0
