LuLu still doesn't really work on my system

Since the release I tried almost every version of LuLu. Every single one of them had their own issues and even with the most recent update LuLu simply doesn't work.

I installed LuLu and configured it to let all Apple apps pass and ask me on every other app. That doesn't work. It seems as if the settings just aren't being saved.

On every reboot I have to configure LuLu completely from the scratch. It almost behaves as if it were a fresh installation. Only I don't have to set the macOS security exception.

When I open the LuLu main dialogue, it's empty. I don't get asked on any network connection although there are absolutely no rules saved in LuLu.

I'd love to use LuLu but can't. Is there anything I can to do reset LuLu completely? Uninstalling and re-installing didn't help so far.
