BigSur 11.4, LuLu 2.3.1 - doesn't block blocked applications

Hey! I have noticed that even blocked applications can connect to the Internet.

Please, check this screenshot.

Basically, I have checked - any blocked application can connect to the Internet. Tried to uninstall and install LuLu again - no effect.

Have something similar, apps aren't blocked unless they are restarted. Looks like something to do with blocking running processes.

It's pretty standard for any firewall/router that new firewall rules have no effect on current network connections (started before the rule was put in place). Have you tried philaser's suggestion to restart the app after making the rule to block it?
