[Feature Request] Support to add rules by root path

For the iOS developer usages, Xcode creates a dynamic iOS app under the ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/... when running in iOS Simulator. This makes the LuLu detect them as unique applications always, so annoying.

So, please support this kind of feature, or are there any existing features/rules to do?
