LuLu breaks Transmission on Big Sur
Hello. Great app, but: for me, at least, LuLu breaks Transmission on Big Sur.
After investigating this issue at great length (at first I thought it was Transmission to blame), I can only conclude that LuLu breaks Transmission on Big Sur: even though the rule I set for Transmission is to allow any address:anyport, the Transmission connections get stopped whenever LuLu is active. When LuLu is inactive, the Transmission connections remain alive, the app behaves as expected, uploading/downloading normally.
Versions used: Transmission 3.00 (f4489c982e), LuLu 2.3.0 (it happened on earlier versions as well). The thing is, Transmission starts off ok, downloading and uploading files normally, but then, after a few minutes, the downloading/uploading stops and never resumes. It would be great if you could verify this issue, it is really annoying. Let me know if I can help in any way. Thanks,

Second this. Thought I had a bad drive or something was wrong with my VPN. Is it possibly a bad interaction between Transmission, Private Internet Access and Lulu? Other network activity works fine with VPN and Lulu on.
Everything else is exactly the same for me as with OP, except I also tried the latest nightly stable build of Transmission.

This is still an issue, I just installed lulu 2.4.2 and the latest transmission nightly on macos 10.15 and even though I allowed transmission in lulu it can't download anything. I'm using protonVPN in case that matters. I wonder if it's overloading lulu with too many connections.
