Allow LuLu to be installed in /Applications subdirectory

I used to keep Lulu in /Applications/Utilities but now I can't. Is this required of the new NetworkExtension framework?

+1 - i'd never use an app if it can't be installed in a subdir of the /Applications folder

if this is a limitation of the 'NetworkExtension' framework, have bug reports to Apple been filed already? what are the numbers so that we can issue duplicated?
