LuLu is breaking Transmission

I know it's LuLu because if I quit LuLu then Transmission works as expected. This behaviour is unexpected because LuLu should be allowing any address on any port (see screenshots).

How can I diagnose this and/or fix it?

Will try repo this, track down the issue, and fix ...in the meantime, would you mind testing the (latest) build: https://bitbucket.org/objective-see/deploy/downloads/LuLu_2.0.0.zip ...and let me know if it still is 'broken'?

This is still an issue, I just installed lulu 2.4.2 and the latest transmission nightly and even though I allowed transmission in lulu it can't download anything.
