Virus Total Submission Fails with HTTP Status 413 for large files, affecting Docker, Outlook, & NordVPN

The submission of unknown items to VirusTotal failed, even for popular applications including Docker, Outlook & NordVPN.

The HTTP 413 status means the file is too large. This isn't just a KnockKnock issue but an issue between KnockKnock and VirusTotal.

A manual upload of the binary to VirusTotal is successful, indicating that VirusTotal APIs should be able to handle large files of this size.

Unknown files appear with a ? when not recognized by VirusTotal. After the manual upload these binaries are detected as normal. For reference, Docker is just over 100MB.
