How to uncheck "temporarily"?

I used Mac's Shortcuts app to make a "uptime" terminal command, however this triggered BlockBlock, and "temporarily" was forced to be checked. It causes BlockBlcok to be triggered every time I execute a shortcut, how can I make it whitelisted?
