Feature request: Delegation

Great plugin!

How about adding delegation so you can bind a single event to a parent element? E.g. $('.parent').tipso({ delegate: '.tooltip' })

Obvious reasons are:

• Better performance if lots of tooltips on a page
• Easier to work with dynamically created elements (e.g. when building a SPA)
