Added the option to show/hide help cursor and dotted line

I implemented this because we need the tooltip but not with the dotted line, so I put as optional but the default value is true. The help cursor was an extra to this new feature. I hope this is good for you too. Thanks

And where is this option, I had used css to hide it.
