Please find the updated list in the attachment. In general, I can't see evaluants and outputs when browsing the ontology here:
http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies
but where I could assume the parent would have the same, I left the cells empty. Otherwise I did not change the original values I entered.
Please let me know if you need me change anything else in the submission.

Hi Janos, Thanks for providing the updated list. We (OBI developers) are working through standardizing logical axioms for assays so I would like to defer finalizing axioms for your terms until then. If you need these terms sooner we can put them in with just the textual definitions and add the logical axioms later. Cheers, Chris

I am not entirely clear about what this entails or what the process is on your side, but we would prefer to have the terms generated sooner, rather than at some later point in time.

Assay terms were added into obi.owl OBI_0002032 parallel analysis of RNA structure OBI_0002033 translation-associated transcript leader sequencing OBI_0002034 transcript leader sequencing OBI_0002035 peptide mass fingerprinting OBI_0002036 array based nucleic acid structure mapping assay OBI_0002037 micrococcal nuclease digestion followed by tiling array assay
The detailed information of terms that were added into OBI see the attached file. We will deal with logical axioms when OBI assay harmonization work is done.
