Set window icon

Need someone who are using Windows or X11 since on Wayland and macOS it does not supported.

BTW it is good to have you on the Windows side but don't worry if you don't plan to stay on Windows since we can wait for external contributions in the future.

By the way, doesn't this protocol allow to set an icon with Wayland? It seems to be implemented in some major compositors.

By the way, what do we actually need this for? I assume that once we can actually run something we'll release packages and they will create a .desktop file and the icon will be taken from there.
