Concatenate Graphite queries

The default behavior for cubism's context.graphite is to perform a separate connection for every query. This is highly inefficient. We should emulate the concatenation that Tasseo does by querying all metrics at once, and then deconstruct the results before handing them off to a generic context/horizon.
