Wx smith/test/add/component/wx styled text ctrl

Update the wxSmithSTC component.

  • Remove the stc source and use the scintilla component provided by wxWidgets
  • Update the code generation of the RichTextCtrl (asserts, or wrong behavior on >= wx30 )
  • Add the project to the workspace files (only for >= wx30)

Tested and is working on Linux and Windows I have not really experience with the scintilla controls so i have not modified the code generation for this component. If someone with more experience has some ideas i am happy to update it.
