Continue recording from current frame instead of adding to the end in TAS Mode

Currently, in TAS mode if you are at a specific frame in the middle of a recording / replay, and you start recording, whatever you're recording is pushed to the end of the recording. Instead, if you start recording while being in the middle of a run, any previously recorded frames should be removed from the recordframe list and the current recording continued from there.
