German umlauts and other special characters not working.

Hi I wonder if it is possible to implement german umlauts, ligatures and some other special symbols namely öäüÖÄÜß°♥¡¿ which I can type on my keyboard, also some french people would probably like accents like éèô).

Ok some research let to special characters needing utf-8 input like provided by an additional apk, this could be an optional input choice though: https://github.com/senzhk/ADBKeyBoard
