Feature request: ingress annotations

Hello Guys,

I much appriciate your efforts on this solution.

I faced with a problem regarding ingress. In an environment the the body size wasnt large in enough, I needed to make some annotations on ingress. Ive checked the chart and I saw that chart hasnt got support for annotations in ingress part.

If you have focus on it, annotations support would be so nice.
