Add ability to customize web page's title and description shown when the wallet is loaded in other apps

Currently, when the link to the wallet is loaded in another app, it shows:

  • "Oasis Wallet"
  • "The official non-custodial web wallet for the Oasis Network."

Can we make this configurable, e.g. to set it differently for the staging site?
