Fix ambiguous date/time

In the activity pane: image

The Time field shows the timestamp in a month/day/year, hours:minutes:seconds PM/AM format. This date is ambiguous.

I suggest two improvements:

  • [ ] Format the timestamp by using a word for the (short?) month name and append the timezone as we do in the explorer: image
  • [ ] (followup PR?) Fetch the system localization settings and localize the month name, switch the month/day order and apply the local timezone.

This currently depends on your browser locale. In slovenian firefox I see "25. 11. 2024, 18:56:23"

I think this is pretty okay. We could localize based on selected wallet language, but that will result it more english-styled confusion
