Android 14 unable to send and verify sms for bank verification in banking apps

I am unable to use payment apps of Android 14. When verifying for bank account it unable to send sms for verification.

sms sending not working Version 6.3 recently updated, even on 6.0.5 earlier (android 14) sms sending previosuly working but this time not working...meanwhile i ve disable some system app and bolt-ware from realme gt neo3 (rmx3563) is it affecting verify sms for bank verification via sms. Mainland working fine after de-bolting.

Pixel 7 (Android 14) Island v6.4. Not able to authenticate bank accounts via SMS on Google Pay. Authentication works fine on Mainland. But on island it says:

Could not send SMS
Make sure you can send and receive SMS using your +xx xxxxxxxxxx SIM card. You could also try to turn your aeroplane mode on and off before retrying.

Do any of the earlier versions work?
