Greenify/Island/Nevo - any excellent Guides/Tutes?

So I've had these installed for ages, but I never get round to fully/properly utilising them!

I think the blocker is; not having several examples, of really cool things one can do with them.

Can anyone point to some excellent resources, for getting the most out of these apps?

Also, are they actively developed anymore? It 'seems' like they might be slowly dying.

If you turn on the GitHub donation feature, & if I end up fully utilising these apps. Then I would probably set up a small recurring deposit of $...
