Unable to uninstall because of administrator rights of island, by input of password, requested to deactivate administrator rights, settings app crashes!!!

To the developer,

Right now, I have big issues with island app and I would like you to solve them with your help. I start now describing what the issues are.

I installed the app

I tried to setup Google Playstore but couldn't log in with my second google account. The Playstore just shows the log in button but when I tab on it nothing happens.

Then, I granted different permissions to island app like....

A:

permission to work in background

B:

Administrator rights

(To both island apps shown by my system app. The one of the business profile and also the one by my normal profile)

I restarted my device

I tried to log into google playstore but it didn't work again.

Then I tried to repair island app by island app settings function and restarted my mobile. Nevertheless it didn't solve the log in issue. I still cannot log into google playstore.

In addition, a notification of island app appeared saying:

"Functions are eventualy limited. Please tap here to unlock work profile"

I taped on the notification and entered my lockscreen password. Suddenly a system notification appears saying

"Settings have been terminated/ended"

My settings app has been crashed, I think. I attached a screenshot.

(Please see screenshot Nr.4, Nr.2 and Nr.1.)

I tried to set an own password for island app via system settings. And keep in mind, I haven't set one till now. Ok. Then I opened the settings app and tried to set it. First I had to enter my normal lockscreen password. Then I entered the island password to be set twice. Suddenly a system notification appears saying:

"The lockscreen password has already been changed. Try again with the new lockscreen password"

This is strange because i never have ever set a password for island app. The screenshot of my settings shows that I still use the same lockscreen password as for normal profile.

(See attached video Nr.1 and screenshot Nr.3)

After all, I would like to uninstall island app. The problem therewith is, I can't uninstall before I haven't terminated administrator rights authorisation.

When I try to terminate the authorisation of administrator rights of island app by settings app, island app/system asks me for the lockscreen password of island app.

But I was never able to set one. The android settings app crashed as I tried to set a password for island app. I do not have a password to remove authorisation of administrator rights of island app.

When I do enter the password for the device (normal lockscreen password),settings app of android crashes.

So, I am asking for help today.

Please help me to remove Island app and its administrator rights of my mobile device. My device is a new Wiko power U30 with android 11 on.

Thank you very much.

Looking forward to your reply Sceenshot Nr 3 Screenshot Nr 2 Screenshoot Nr 1 Screenshot Nr 4

Looks like your device is not fully compatible with Android for Work.

To verify the compatibility, you can install the official Android for Work test app by Google: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.afwsamples.testdpc

To uninstall Island, try removing work profile in system Settings - Accounts. If Settings app failed to do that, you can use ADB shell command "pm remove-user" to uninstall Island too.
