How to access files from Mainland to Island?

I am not a tech person. I tried FX explorer and ADB debugging enabled. But still not able to access the mainland files.

Please, someone, provide step by step the process to access files from Mainland.

There are different ways (depending on the app and what exactly you try to do):

• Select the file in the file explorer (of mainland). Then select "send to" (or similar). Change to the tab of the work profile. Select the app to use (which is in the work profile = island).
• In some apps in island, when I select to add files, it shows the option to use file explorer from mainland (selecting mainland looks similar to the tab above).
• Some explorers (like FX) and other apps should work as described in https://island.oasisfeng.com/files . (This is called file shuttle. Find "Storage Access Framework" or "SAF" in the app. Maybe this is the same as the point above.)
