v5.1.3 can't open this with work apps

Picture from mainland can't be sent by island app. Application in island can't be installed in island. Same notification. Oneplus 8 OxygenOS 11 Open Beta 8

I'm seeing the same on Android 11 (Pixel 4 XL)

I've run the ADB command: $ adb shell pm grant com.oasisfeng.island android.permission.INTERACT_ACROSS_USERS

There's no feedback for the command, but the option to activate File Shuttle appears in Island. I click activate and the File Shuttle section disappears, but I still can't access mainland files from Island in file browsers with SAF support. I've tried MiXplorer and FX File Explorer. If I try to add the storage access, it just shows the error message bingar21 posted "Can't select personal files: Your IT admin doesn't allow you to access personal files from a work app​"

Is file shuttle working in Android 11?

I have the same issue, and this is a bit annoying because when I open an attachment in outlook I can't see it because out of work apps can't access the outlook file and end up loading forever.

Exact same issue unfortunately on v5.3 / Lineage OS 18.1. Let me know if there is any specific reporting I could help with.

Same issue here on OOS 11 on my oneplus 9 pro. File picker also crashes in chrome, firefox etc.

Just updated to 5.5 to see if this was fixed and it isn't. Tried clicking on a link in an email and getting the error, despite having 3 browsers installed, I can't open the link in any of them. I can open in one of the 5 or so personal profile browsers I have though (edge)

Seems to be much more acute on OP? I have major problems on my OP 7Pro, but I haven't noticed it on my Samsung galaxy tab S5e, or certainly no where near this extent.

I'm actually now facing an issue (on my OP) where there are times I will pick the work app I want a link or notification to open in, and it will open in the personal equivalent. E.g. Instagram.

I get the sense that this is worse since manually updating island to 5.5 - but I can't say for certain.

I have a similar issue:

I cant access island files from mainland, however I can access mainland files from island.

Is there any way to enable bidirectional file selection?
