Island "Deactivate" stuck "Deactivating Island space..." in notification tray

v4.5.4, deactivate seems not to work and loads indefinitely in the notification tray.

It should have opened the system settings UI to let you manually deactivate the Island. It may not be able to automatically deactivate the Island due to device compatibility.

That stuck notification will be removed in the future version.

As a workaround you can just disable work profile e.g. via quick settings. (Doesn't this do the same thing, yes?)

Here same issue on Oneplus 6. But deactivating with 'Quick settings' works.

It should have been fixed in Island v5.0 (currently in alpha channel).

Just installed island, had this issue, then came here. When you refer to 'Quick Settings', that is not Island settings in the Island app, but in the phones Island settings accessible from notifications right? Or am I missing something. There is 2 Island entries in my notification Settings. It was the Island(ed) Island entry (with the blue icon) I disabled messages and that 'resolved it', but what notification setting can I enable to make a temp workaround?

The one called "Work profile". Should be there regardless of Island.
