Proposal: Issues follow same labeling format as Scylla for Status and Type

While the GitHub Labels provided are a fantastic starting point. I wanted to start a discussion to categorize some of the labels with some inspiration from here: https://medium.com/@dave_lunny/sane-github-labels-c5d2e6004b63

We can use milestones to track the work items. Wasn't too sure about priority tags because then everything becomes "High Priority" or "Low" and always in "nice-to-have". I suggest that we keep the labels as is for the "size".
