Gldriver / x11driver Window Positioning

Currently the windows driver respects window positioning, but the other drivers do not.

x11 supports window positioning now.

Current status:

On windows the gldriver works fine. On linux, the gldriver fails to create a program on my test instance, so I can't test that it works, but it might? On osx, I can't really begin attempting to test that it works without a mac myself, so it isn't supported.
