Provide context for new users

The experience for a first-time user should be stellar (see Issue #1).

The tool should:

• Explain what it's doing / installing.
• Have clear call-to-actions to create your first project.
• Provide context when faced with initial decisions.

I'm pretty happy with how Issue #20 has worked out re: first time experience.

The biggest thing missing for first-time users at this point is probably context. We could provide tooltips at various places in the application to fill in the gaps.

Off the top of my head: for compiler options and the column headers in the build rows.
