Key bindings on OSX

Thanks for an amazing way into Clojure/Script.

I found on OSX 10.11.6 with the Dvorak keyboard layout that pressing the command key shows the correct hints, but that I have to press the corresponding qwerty key, not the dvorak key to activate the shortcut.

My debugging skills aren't quite up to the task yet, I'm afraid.
