Describe the bug

When trying to update the system, I'm getting a error on openswitch3.1 Skipping packages with broken dependencies: openvswitch3.1 x86_64 3.1.0-17.el9s centos-nfv-openvswitch 6.8 M openvswitch3.1 x86_64 3.1.0-3.el9s centos-nfv-openvswitch 6.8 M python3-openvswitch3.1 x86_64 3.1.0-17.el9s centos-nfv-openvswitch 263 k python3-openvswitch3.1 x86_64 3.1.0-3.el9s centos-nfv-openvswitch 259 k python3-rdo-openvswitch noarch 2:3.1-2.el9s centos-openstack-yoga 7.6 k rdo-openvswitch noarch 2:3.1-2.el9s centos-openstack-yoga 7.5 k

The error is listing: nothing provides libmlx5.so.1(MLX5_1.24)(64bit) needed by openvswitch3.1-3.1.0-17.el9s.x86_64

Install the latest ovirt on a redhat 9.1 host and try to upgrade
