DR - Change default output_file from /usr/share

SUMMARY

Hi, currently in: https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-ansible-collection/blob/a7c07112cd433ccb172dded140b31e9957c6f3b4/roles/disaster_recovery/files/dr.conf#L5-L21 There options output_file for generate_vars and var_file for failover_failback.

When installing on the RPM version of the collection it generates the var file to the /usr/share where the collection is installed. The /usr/share should be read-only architecture. I suggest moving the var file to the folder /tmp/

This makes sense but it's unlikely that we'll get to this any time soon, so it's free for someone, possibly from the community, to pick it up
